Drywall is taking shape at @onebrooklynhealth Interfaith Medical Center renovation project. From cold formed metal framing to drywall, each phase brings us one step closer to transforming the space and bringing the vision to life. Acoustical ceiling tile grid will be following shortly, adding another key element as the project continues to take shape.

We’re proud of the continued progress being made on site and grateful to the teams working together, led by @hunterrobertscg , to keep the project moving forward steadfastly.

Five photographs. One historic building. And much of this work is now hidden from view.

Three weeks after the reopening of the East Bathhouse at Jones Beach State Park, we wanted to share a look at the structural restoration that made the finished space possible.

Certified Interiors’ carpenters reconstructed portions of the existing heavy-timber roof trusses, patching new 8x12 members into the bottom chords and rebuilding sections of the top chords and related timber framing. Working within the original structure required careful field fitting, extensive temporary support, and close coordination at every connection. Our trade partner, @babylonironworks, fabricated the stainless-steel flitch plates that reinforced the reconstructed assemblies. Together, the timber repairs and steel connections helped preserve the building’s original character while providing the support required for its next chapter.

The architectural millwork that completes the restored interior was also fabricated and installed by Certified Interiors. Produced by skilled union carpenters in our 60,000 s.f.-square-foot Hauppauge, NY fabrication shop using CNC and modern woodworking equipment, each piece was then installed by our field team at Jones Beach.

Visitors today see the finished East Bathhouse. These photographs show part of the craftsmanship behind it.

We are proud to have contributed to the restoration of this 1929 Long Island landmark partnering with @auroracontractorsllc , @babylonironworks , @nysgeneralservices , @nystateparks , @lirohill , @wxystudio , and the entire project team.

From an empty shell to one of JFK's newest dining destinations.

We're proud to have completed the new @nomwah restaurant at JFK Terminal 5, helping bring a legendary New York institution to one of the world's busiest airports.

Certified Interiors performed the framing, drywall, acoustical and wood ceilings, FRP, doors & hardware, and installed the owner-furnished furniture, artwork, and mirrors—delivering the project from structural build-out to the final details.

Thank you to @clunegc and An OTG Experience for another outstanding collaboration. Projects like these are a testament to what strong partnerships and skilled craftsmanship can accomplish.

Another milestone reached! Our team just completed the installation of a fully engineered and prefabricated cold-formed metal stud truss system at Wyandanch Early Childhood Education Center. Certified Interiors is proud to be handling the carpentry and millwork on this ground-up build — helping bring a new home for early childhood education to life.
