Project Manager
Certified Interiors is seeking a qualified Project Manager!
About You:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields.
- Familiarity with construction management software.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Must be familiarized with plans, specifications and scope of work.
- Participate in project meetings, internally or on-site, to report status and achievements, discuss obstacles and project issues, coordinate with client, plan next action steps.
- Understand all key contractual obligations, including scopes of work, our proposed clarifications, committed schedule, area durations, add alternates and deducts, etc.
- Preparation of construction submittals and logs.
- Submittal registers, RFI’s/ASI’s, change orders register, Monitor risk areas to ensure that procedures are being followed.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years Project Management experience in Commercial Construction required.
- Degree in Construction Management or similar studies.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally.
- Competent in preparing construction documents.
- Preferably experience with Timberline, Sage, Procore, Microsoft Office Project.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Decision making skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
